Roles and Responsibilities

• ✓ Conceive ideas about campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
• ✓ Offer completed ideas to clients or team members
• ✓ Staying updated with the latest standards, processes and trends in the visual design field
• ✓ Creativity and capability to delegate responsibilities
• ✓ Entrust projects to inhouse designers and oversee storyboards
• ✓ Manage presentation of final concepts and synchronize production and dissemination for organizational use

Requirements

• ✓ Expertise in leading a team of creatives
• ✓ Adept in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• ✓ Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design software
• ✓ Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• ✓ Skilled in knowing and interpreting feedback
• ✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
